Sydney sketching
Took a trek downtown today to seek out some coffee (the options are overwhelming), and ended up at a little place called "The Cherry Bean." It wasn't bad. I ordered a coffee frappe (far better, less sweet, and more real than the Starbucks version. Mason jar and all), found myself a little table in the corner near the door with giant window access, and sketched all afternoon. Then I returned back to the house and cooked some bangers and mash with Louis and Nick! Shane comes back from Perth in the morning, and the evening will lead to a techno warehouse party with big German DJs at an undisclosed location. Should be exciting. Went to a black light night at a backpackers bar last night, too. Super weird times!

My final tattoo at Treehouse. What an honor it was to work with the great Amory Abbott, one of the most wonderful, kind, badass people I've met on this earth. And such a perfect tattoo to end with-- a favorite bird of mine on a lovely lady.
For the boss
A design made for my mentor, for his father. Will be full color, with solids of sky blue, crystal blue, and shades of sage. Unfortunately things came up and I was unable to tattoo him before I left, but hopefully we can tat him up upon my return to the states next year!
Travel homage
Added a world compass and some roses to existing text. For her love of travel! She came to get this tattoo all the way from Pennsylvania! So honored.
